Fight For It XX brings the rumble to Raleigh on May 11

The dust has barely settled on the monumental fight card that was Fight For It XIX, and we’re already gearing up for the next explosive evening. On Saturday, May 11, Fight For It XX lands in Raleigh at the Kerr Scott Building on the North Carolina State Fairgrounds for what promises to be the promotion’s biggest combat sports showcase to date.

Featuring a full slate of combat sports featuring professional and amateur athletes testing their skills across multiple disciplines, including kickboxing and MMA, Fight For It XX brings the Carolinas’ premier combat sports event to the City of Oaks for the first time. (Indeed, it will be the first-time a non-UFC MMA event has been held in Raleigh in 7 years!)

Live Event tickets and Pay-Per-View passes are available now at fightforitcompany.com!

Kickboxing prelims start at 3 p.m., with the main card kicking off at 7 p.m., and ending with the main-event battle between professional MMA fighters Paris “Ares” Artis (6-1) and Jonathan “The Phenom” Martin (5-2).

The battle between these ascendant fighters is as exciting as can be. Both are ranked among the top Southeast lightweights, with two of the Carolinas’ strongest teams, Team ROC and Carolina Combat in their respective corners. More thrilling, all of their victories have arrived via stoppages. Both have ended fights with strikes; both have submitted opponents; and neither has been finished himself — yet.

On May 11, as these two titans deliver a technical and explosive display of martial arts prowess in all dimensions of the sport, the scales will tip for one. You won’t want to miss it!
