Weekend Results/ Carson and Bailey

Fight For It veteran Trukon Carson added another strong performance to his résumé over the weekend at Fury FC 117 in Houston, Texas. Carson secured a first-round submission victory over Reese Watkins, finishing the bout with a rear-naked choke. The quick finish reinforces Carson’s reputation as one of the most dangerous finishers to emerge from the Fight For It platform, continuing a run that has seen him demonstrate knockout power, submission ability, and composure under pressure. With the win coming on the national stage of Fury Fighting Championship, Carson once again showed how fighters developed in the Fight For It ecosystem can translate their success beyond the regional circuit.

Another familiar name to Fight For It fans also captured gold over the weekend as Zion Bailey traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and claimed the IKF Certified Southeast Welterweight Title at the IKF Spring Classic Super Fights. Representing Apex Martial Arts in North Carolina, Bailey defeated Chris Buffaloe by decision in a modified rules Muay Thai championship bout. The victory continues Bailey’s steady climb through the amateur striking ranks, where he has built a reputation for composure, technical striking, and disciplined pacing. With wins now spanning multiple IKF events and regional tournaments, Bailey’s latest title adds another milestone to a career that has quietly grown into one of the more consistent amateur Muay Thai resumes in the Southeast.
