Nearly eleven months have passed since Trukon Carson last stepped into the cage. Still, when the Fight For It welterweight champion returns on October 25th to defend his belt for the second time, he promises this moment will define the next chapter of his career.

For Carson, fighting isn’t just a job — it’s a calling. With eight years in the fight game, he describes the sport as his God-given purpose and life’s work, something he can never walk away from. He fights to honor his faith, his family, and the Carson name, carrying himself with the proud grit of the “Carolina Gamedog.”

As a champion and proven finisher, Carson knows what it takes to rise: “More wins, more finishes, more broken bodies on the pile.” He sees the Fight For It title as both a badge of honor for the Carolinas and a platform to push toward larger promotions like the UFC, ONE, or PFL.

But for all the talk of the future, Carson’s message to both fans and opponents is clear and immediate: “I am relentless. I am unbreakable. I am Dead Game. All it takes is one mistake, and I can cast you into the void forever.”

Against Josh Doster, Carson has prepared not just with elite training partners across North Carolina, but also through unusual methods — including what he calls Mexican Kung Fu and even punching bricks in half to sharpen his power and toughness. To him, the fight is never about the other man — it’s about bringing out the best version of himself and executing with the spirit of God in his heart.

On October 25th, at Fight For It 25, Carson looks to prove once again why he carries the name “Champion of the Carolinas” — and why he believes no one can stand against him.
