Oliver Reyno, representing Matrix MMA, and Whit Whitaker, fighting out of Team Robinson MMA, delivered an impressive showcase of youth MMA skills.
In the first round, Reyno initiated the action with a takedown attempt and even threatened with an armbar submission. However, in the second round, Whitaker adjusted by using long push kicks and sidekicks to control the distance, frustrating the shorter Reyno. By the third round, Whitaker effectively sprawled to defend Reyno’s takedowns while continuing to land long-range strikes, securing a unanimous decision victory.
