Chris Herd entered his clash with Dylan Mason at Fight For It 7 looking to tip the scales on his 1-3 record. With a barrage of attacks, from chopping leg kicks, lacerating elbows and, finally, a tight guillotine choke, he got the job done. Herd walked out of the cage with his second professional win. Mason showed heart in the exchanges with Herd, but after being dropped with a leg kick early on, and sustaining cuts to the scalp from Herd’s elbows, he winds up tipping his record to 2-2.
