Fight For It Alum Yacine Fondo Always in the Fight

Yacine Fondo was last seen inside the Fight For It cage at FFI 26, where he dropped a hard-fought split decision to Sedrak Sheppard. Since then, Fondo has stayed active, capturing the Fort Bragg Combatives Tournament title and now setting his sights on the All-Army Combatives Championships in April 2026. In the middle of that preparation, he stepped back into competition—earning a first-round knockout victory at CageZilla 89 without disrupting his training cycle.

This past weekend, Fondo competed at CageZilla 89 (Feb 28, 2026, Manassas, VA): Fight For It alum Yacine Fondo scored a first-round knockout victory over Byron Kerrison.
